The ILB Team takes the trip down the I-5 to Downtown Chula Vista to check out the burgeoning beer scene. The Downtown Chula Vista District Manager, Dominic Li Mandri, starts off the day of adventures by sharing the story of what 3rd Avenue in Chula Vista has been and is becoming. Then they head down the street to Groundswell Brewing to meet Kevin Rhodes and hear about the unique journey he's had in the industry.
