The ILB Team heads over to the CoLab Public House in Vista to meet Josh Avila, the new head brewer at Breakwater Brewing. They first met Josh tapping cask ale at Barley & Sword in North Park a year ago. Now Josh has taken on the Breakwater Brewing responsibilities and is finding the balance of staying true to the brand and bringing in his own creativity and insights.
